This notification serves to inform you, in terms of Regulation 4(2) of the Environmental Impact Assessment Regulations 2014, (GN R.982 of 2014 as amended in GN R.517 of 2021) (EIA Regulations), that the Department of Mineral Resources and Energy (DMRE) has decided to grant Adelaide Ruiters Mining & Exploration Pty (Ltd) (ARME) an Integrated Environmental Authorisation (IEA).

This notification serves to inform you, in terms of Regulation 4(2) of the Environmental Impact Assessment Regulations 2014, (GN R.982 of 2014 as amended in GN R.517 of 2021) (EIA Regulations), that the Department of Mineral Resources and Energy (DMRE) has decided to grant Adelaide Ruiters Mining & Exploration Pty (Ltd) (ARME) an Integrated Environmental Authorisation (IEA). The IEA has been granted in terms of the National Environmental Management Act (Act No. 107 of 1998) (NEMA), EIA Regulations, 2014 (as amended) and the National Environmental Management: Waste Act (Act No. 59 of 2008) (NEM:WA) Listed Activities (GN R.921 of 2013, as amended).
